"Excellent Hotel"
Have visited this resort three times and love coming back Superior rooms next to swimming pool, a lovely morning to start your day! Hotel is situated a bit up hill. This makes you feel safe here in Thailand. But still close to the beach. Nice and Friendly staff. The ladies at the spa/massage indeed know what they are doing and cured my back, thanks. Manow restaurant in CNX with the hotel is to recommend as well.

"Wonderful holidays"
I have stayed at Diamond cottages 4 times over the last 8 years , having just returnd home my wife and I are already planning our next visit . The staff, room, breakfast, room cleaning, bar and restaurant are fantastic. I find it very disappointing that people chose to run the hotel down "after" they have left , here is a tip if you have an issue ask Politly for it to be fixed and it will be done . I have whitnessed rude tourists of many nations speak to and treat the staff like subservient slaves , seriously people " do one to others " my father and I intervened once when a man was having a go at the staff returning his wallet that he dropped in his drunken state, there was over 5000 TB in it , how did I know , they asked me what to do when they found it, I opened it , I identified him by his licence but the whole issue was blamed on the staff . The team at Diamond are wonderful .....!

I booked The Diamond Cottage via Agoda.com during my holiday in Phuket,Thailand.The resort staffs are friendly and service-minded.The resort gives you welcome drink when you check in.The location to me is ok since you have walk pass the shops and traffic to go to the beache.It takes me 10 minutes to walk to the beach.The pool is nice,but I think it closes way too early(at 7 pm).My room is close to the pool with French doors open to a small porch with two lounge chairs.The room and the bathroom is clean,but a bath tub here has no curtain,but with only half of a bath tub glass door which will cause your bathroom floor a little flooded and slippery after you shower.You have to be careful. The breakfast buffet here is good,offers variety of breakfast items toasts,noodles,and Asian style breakfast,juice as well as coffee and tea.I would say it is worthed your money to stay in this resort and I have quite a nice experience with their attentive staffs.

"Great week second time around!"
This is our second visit in two years and we weren't disappointed. We stayed for seven days in the first week of August with our two boys 12 & 15 along with a family friend. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. We paid for two pool entry rooms and when we turned on our air conditioning water started leaking down the wall water everywhere in one room. We were moved to another room overnight to all be moved into the Diamond suite with pool access for the rest of our stay was great we were all together much more spacious and convenient. The breakfast did become monotonous and could do with a revamp. Some mornings we just didn't bother going. Overall for the price it was great and would highly recommend a quiet and relaxing hotel.

The Diamond Cottages is situated in Karon and is surrounded by excellent shops, restaurants, cafes and the stunning Karon Beach. The resort itself has friendly staff who are always smiling and looking to enhance our holiday by going out of their way to be helpful. We loved the swimming pool, our poolside rooms were superb and the breakfasts tasty and filling. The golf buggies to take us up the hill were good fun and added to the relaxed nature of the resort. I have stayed 3 times and can't wait for the fourth visit.

Regarding our daughter's wedding, we have been working on this with Mr.Kantapon (Alex) & Mr.Suraphon since October last year. Their attention to detail was superb. Nothing was too much trouble to investigate & arrange for us. The result was a fabulous stay for our 40 guests from all over the world and a wonderful wedding for our daughter and son-in-law.

Kate looked after all the guest's needs and arranged tours for us all with cheerful professionalism. We cannot recommend this resort enough. We have stayed 3 times and will return again. Every stay gets better & better!

Nice location for a quite break, made the mistake of booking for 20 nights tho, kid's got bored, maybe a 10day stay would have been better then move on elswhere, however this does not take anything away from Diamond Cottage Resort & Spa. Nice location and central for all beaches and stuff to do. Food is good value at the hotel. All in all very good value for money with nice pleasant staff.

The family atmosphere of Diamond Cottage Resort & Spa is what we find most impressive.

We have been holidaying in Phuket every year since 1995 in a variety of resorts, mostly in the Patong beach area. Three years ago we discovered the beautiful Diamond Cottage Resort & Spa in Kata/ Karon and it has become home – away – from home for us. The staff are all so friendly, their welcoming smiles make every day another day in paradise. The resort is well equipped with spa, pools, and restaurant & motor bike hire facilities.

We have found no need to be running off to Patong or Phuket town because all amenities are within a short stroll – banks, bars, beaches and a full range of shops. The nearby Kata and Karon beaches are striking because they are so different in character, but each is beautiful and provides a relaxing stroll.

Above all, the resort itself is a positive, relaxing place to stay. It is a resort where we have enjoyed the company of other guests of all ages and many nationalities; the common feeling is that of being part of a happy family.

We are very happy to stay in a Villa room which had a balcony out to the garden. We were on Honeymoon and they decorated the bed in petals and made swans out of hand towels which were lovely to have that extra special touch. The pool is great and is pretty close to nearby restaurants and it takes no time at all to walk to Kata Beach. The restaurant food is pretty good. Can be hand at times to communicate at times with the staff, but we were in their country so that's understandable !

We came - we saw - we enjoyed

From the very first day at Diamond cottage hotel we felt at home. Its seems that everything you need is there - and even thing you did not know you needed. Offcourse this is partly due to the very high standards of the hotel itself - if in doubt, just take a look at the pool - but the staff's professionalism really makes the feeling of luxury complete.

We enjoy a good laugh and the staff members here are really good humored and show great attention to our needs. We still like taking our coffee in the morning - which is not so early in our case - at the Ma Now restaurant - either looking at people passing below or planning new trips, assign for advice from the Diamond cottage hotel's staff.

On returning from our daily excursions once again we find ourselves at Ma Now either for at drink or dinner. We think it is the perfect way to spend a holyday to stay at Diamond Cottage hotel, since we have no worry's at all, while staying here. Only relaxation and great fun. And by the way - great fun and nightlife is within walking distance.

I enjoyed my stay at the Diamond Cottage this year as I did last year and I will be returning next year for my annual holiday. The rooms are well appointed, the food and beverage service is excellent, the staff are friendly and can not do enough to make your holiday as relaxing and carefree as possible.
One of the many very good points I noted was that there are always so many people from different countries (USA, Sweden, Canada, England, New Zealand, India, Malaysia, Africa and the Middle East) enjoying the hospitality of the lovely Diamond Cottages.
Several of my work colleagues have stayed at the Diamond and they too have enjoyed their stay, they are already forecasting when they will return for another stay.

The staff are very welcoming, always smiling and friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. The rooms are excellent with all needs being careered for. The hotel is within easy walking distance to shops and the beach. The pool is very inviting and the whole atmosphere is relaxed and happy.
